Cold-Brew
Our Cold-Brew Recipe is based on a 17.8% water to coffee ratio by weight:
Market Cold-Brew (yields about 1gal or 3.4L)
- 400g Coarse-Ground Coffee
- 2240g Filtered Water (we use RO)
- Soak for 22 hours (direct infusion or filter bag are both fine) at typical fridge temp (36°-38°F)
- Top off with filtered water at a 1:1 ratio by weight (how we serve it at the market) or by strength preference
"Mason Jar" Cold-Brew (yields about 6cups or 40oz)
- 200g Coarse-Ground Coffee
- 1000g Filtered Water (we use RO) in a 1qt Mason Jar
- Soak for 22 hours (direct infusion) at typical fridge temp (36°-38°F)
- Top off with filtered water at a 1:1 ratio by weight or by strength preference
