Dark Mark Blend


This Vienna+ Blend is the darkest coffee we roast.  It is our usual Brian's Blend in terms of bean origin(s), but is roasted to a Sirius Black level and dropped at the highest 455°F temp our roaster can take without catching fire. We named it Dark Mark after the symbol adopted by the Dark Side of our favorite Youth Fiction Book Series.
