Christmas in July

For July, I wanted to create a version of my Christmas Blend that would be a little lighter than what you would want on a cold winter’s day, but still maintain the chocolate and caramel overtones.  This Moka-Java styled blend combines the richness of a traditionally-processed Ethiopian with a smooth and mellow Mexican Oaxaca and rounded out with the best Java.  This full-bodied fruity summer cup is sure to please.
