The Magi’s three gifts to The King born on that first Christmas are what inspire my annual Tres Reyes blend.  The varietal treasures gracing this Moka-Java styled blend hail from three of the finest coffee producing regions in the world.


The (Insert Top-End Tasting Notes Here) of this (Insert Natural Process Green Here) varietal is balanced with (Insert Java Tasting Notes Here), base-note wet-hulled Java and, as a nod to my friends at La Minita Hacienda, a crisp washed Costa Rican Tarrazu fills in the trio offering up a cozy Winter's cup bursting with notes of (Insert Blend Tasting Notes Here).
