The fruit-and-nut tasting notes of this hard-to-find Natural-Process Yemen Ansi varietal is balanced with the deep earthy, base note of a true Wet-Hulled Java and, as a nod to my friends at La Minita Hacienda, a crisp, washed Costa Rican Tarrazu fills in the trio offering up a cozy Winter's Cup bursting with notes of the nutty and fruit-filled holiday cake grandma used to make.
